The new pin is out! it's the KOI FISH pin! it is located at the Cove. To get to the Cove . Click on the map in the lower right hand corner, then click on the cove. Once at the cove, walk to the left side of the stairs behind the fire, around the umbrella. There should be a koi fish pin. Walk over to it to pick it up. 
a blue box will pop up and it will ask you "Would you like to pick up the Koi Fish Pin" Click yes.
